CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS
Our CSR’s will be your regular point of contact to discuss changes, service or any issues that arise.
Because we intend to work hard to keep the customers satisfied and in compliance with privacy regulations, you will periodically receive either a phone call from one of our management staff or receive a written survey that will offer you another opportunity to communicate with us. Of course, we encourage a phone call or email any time that you wish to contact us. We want to be certain that we meet your needs, reinforce positive interaction and address any shortcomings if they arise.
PICK UP SCHEDULES
Our Customer Service Reps and Sales Reps will work with you to develop a pick up schedule that meets your requirements and minimizes your costs. Your needs may change over time and our schedules can be flexible based on your volume of paper and the number of containers that you need. We understand that on occasion you will have extra material due to housekeeping and purges. We will work with you to accommodate those situations as well.
